Collection: Hair Schedule

A hair schedule is a hair care plan that aims to improve the health and appearance of hair through an organized routine of treatments. This schedule is divided into three main stages: hydration, nutrition and reconstruction. Each of these steps has a specific objective and uses different products and techniques to treat your hair in a complete and personalized way according to your needs.

The three stages of the hair schedule:

  1. Hydration
    • Objective : Replenish water and moisture in the hair, providing softness and shine.
    • Products used : Moisturizing masks, generally with ingredients such as aloe vera, panthenol, glycerin and other moisturizing agents.

  2. Nutrition
    • Objective : Replenish lipids and natural oils in the hair, combating dryness and frizz.
    • Products used : Nourishing masks, vegetable oils (such as coconut oil, argan oil, avocado oil) and butters.

  3. Reconstruction
    • Objective : Replenish the hair's protein, strengthening and repairing damage caused by chemicals, heat and other external agents.
    • Products used : Reconstructive masks, keratin, collagen and amino acids.

How to create a hair schedule:

  1. Hair diagnosis : Identify your hair’s main needs (whether it is dry, damaged, dull, etc.).
  2. Monthly planning : Generally, a capillary schedule is planned for one month, alternating the three stages as needed.
  3. Execution : Follow the schedule in a disciplined manner, applying treatments at the recommended frequencies (for example, hydration twice a week, nutrition once a week, reconstruction every 15 days).
